The kids loved the pool area, which features a climbing wall and games. however, the pool temperature was a bit too cold for a November dip. Breakfast was a highlight. a decent buffet with friendly staff like Jean who really added to the experience. I had a couple of issues, though. The shower in my room had some quirks, filling with water while using it, which took some adjusting. A couple of times, I was frustrated with access to the pool because the door didn't work with my key card. Parking seemed alright, but I heard some guests complain about being charged when it should have been free. Minor hiccups but overall a pleasant stay. Would consider returning in warmer weather!
